Peter Rieke is a commercial real estate broker, licensed in NC and SC. He is a full-time Commercial broker, handling all types of commercial real estate and focuses primarily on Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, Lancaster and York counties. He is a real estate generalist agent which includes industrial, office, retail, investment and specialty properties and works with clients who are seeking professional advice on Greater Charlotte area real estate under $10M. He has lived and worked in Charlotte since 1961.  He has extensive experience in real estate beginning in 1985, and was a home builder from 1987 - 1991.   He purchased his first commercial property in 1995 and continued to own and operate office condos through 2018.  In addition, he operated a factoring business for 11 years and conducted lease financing for 3 years with LeaseSource.
