Rooted in Pineville: Celebrating Two Years of Community and Growth
Two years ago, we opened our doors and welcomed the first guests to Subaru South Charlotte on Cadillac Street in Pineville. Somehow, it feels like just yesterday—yet here we are, settled into our beautiful new home and thriving.
Since then, we've added some finishing touches that make our space uniquely us. Our on-site dog park is complete—a joyful spot where our four-legged visitors can chase zoomies, make new furry friends, or take care of business.
Just beyond our building, the pollinator garden is taking shape. As we work toward completing our Certified Wildlife Habitat along Little Sugar Creek and the Greenway, we’re reminded that community goes beyond buildings—it’s about connection to nature, too.
We remember when the upper-level view overlooked mostly empty pavement. Inventory was tight, and the lot felt... spacious. Fast forward to today: those spaces are now filled with gleaming new Subaru vehicles. A definite upgrade over asphalt and stripes, if we may say so ourselves.
We’re honored to be part of the Pineville community. Whether it's the heartbeat of the Pineville Chamber, the compassionate efforts of Pineville Neighbors Place, or the character-shaping work of our neighbor First Tee, this town is full of folks making a real difference. Pro tip: support First Tee by visiting their driving range—it’s a fun way to help fund programs that empower local youth.
Here’s to two years of growth, gratitude, and community. And we’re just getting started.
