Independent Living - As we age, we often just need a little more support before needing assistance. Our Independent Living + is just that. It offers all the incredible services you find in our assisted living, only without the hands-on assisted care. You’re free to focus on what you want to do without having to deal with the burdens of maintaining a house, cleaning, safety, security, cooking, and transportation. The advantages of Independent Living + are knowing that if something were to happen, the care you need will be there and you won’t have to go through a move or deal with the hassles of trying to find help.

Assisted Living - Assisted Living at The Charlotte focuses on providing individualized attention and care to every Member of our community. Each Member has a unique set of needs and therefore requires an assistance plan that is tailored to them. Whether you need a lot of assistance with daily tasks or just a little help here and there, our experienced caregivers will meet your needs with compassion and respect. One of the best aspects of our Assisted Living community is that it offers a lifestyle that is largely independent. Members go about their daily lives enjoying restaurant-style dining, a robust calendar of social events and a national award-winning wellness program, all with the comfort of knowing assistance is there when they need it.

Memory Care - Our Memory Care is called Reflections, which is a national recognized program that is shown to help improve the lives of people living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We believe it’s near impossible to provide adequate care without the proper training, that is why all caregivers in Reflections are Certified Dementia Practitioners™. Reflections focuses on helping Members lead an active and engaging lifestyle in an environment that offers specialized care. We understand the challenges that come with Alzheimer’s and dementia, both for the person and their family. One of the pillars of Reflections is the focus on family engagement; because the best therapy for our members is being around their loved ones.
